SPDPA Cloud Platform

The SPDPA Cloud Platform is an online Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) management program designed for Data Protection Officers (DPOs). It enables them to visualize the entire data map within the organization, such as who manages, collects, uses, and discloses personal data. It also assesses whether personal data processing within the organization complies with legal requirements.

PDPA Task Force Structure System: The complete PDPA task force structure of the organization.
Rights Assignment System: Defines the rights of the Head of DPO, DPO Team, and PDPA Team.
Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) System: Records or logs activities related to the processing of personal data.
Data Mapping System: Automatically generates a data map following the 5W1H standard. It allows for flexible adjustment of the data map's perspective.
Data Flow System: Follows the Data Life Cycle standard, creating a semi-automatic data flow. It can be freely modified according to each organization's context.
Document Center System: Centralizes documents such as Data Processing Agreements (DPA), Data Sharing Agreements (DSA), and Privacy Notices.
Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) System: Evaluates the impact and risks associated with the processing of personal data.
Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) System: Manages requests from data subjects regarding their rights.
Compliance Dashboard System: Provides an overview of all personal data within the organization.
Computer Traffic Data Storage System: Stores computer traffic data related to accessing and using the SPDPA system in compliance with computer-related laws and personal data protection laws.
